Brief Introduction of Mr. Md. Khadem Ul Kayes Senior District and Sessions Judge, Moulvibazar.
Mr. Md. Khadem Ul Kayes Joined as District and Sessions Judge on 19 September, 2024 AD in this district.
The Honorable District and Sessions Judge joined the service as an Assistant Judge in the Jhenaidah District Judge's Court on 24.06.1998. He had worked in the same position for a long time in Barguna, Jhalokati and Pirojpur districts. Then he worked as a Senior Assistant Judge in Pirojpur and Dhaka. As an Assistant Registrar (Joint District Judge) he worked in the Department of Patents, Designs and Trade Marks, Ministry of Industries, Dhaka and as an Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate he worked in the Chief Judicial Magistrate's Court, Barisal. Then he worked as a Senior Assistant Secretary in the Law and Justice Division, Ministry of Law, Justice and Parliamentary Affairs, Dhaka and as an Additional District and Sessions Judge in the District and Sessions Judge's Court, Kishoreganj. Later he served as a member (Additional District Judge) at the Customs, Excise and VAT Appellate Tribunal, Dhaka. He also served as a member (District and Sessions Judge) in the same tribunal. Subsequently, he worked as a Judge (District and Sessions Judge) at the Women and Children Repression Prevention Tribunal No. 7, Dhaka; as an attached officer (District Judge) at the Ministry of Law, Justice and Parliamentary Affairs, Law and Justice Division, Dhaka and as a Legal Advisor (District Judge) at the Bangladesh Public Service Commission Secretariat, Dhaka. He is currently working in this district as a District and Sessions Judge.
In his educational career, he passed the SSC examination in 1988 with first division from Udayan Secondary School, Barisal and the HSC examination in 1990 with first division from Dhaka College, Dhaka. Then he passed the LLB (Honours) examination with second division in 1994 from Dhaka University and the LLM examination with second division in 1995 from Dhaka University.
